If during the 7 days another clients asks about that date, I give the client with the hold a 24 hour first right of refusal. If they can not reach a decision with in 24 hours, and the other new clients wants to book me then I take the booking and am no longer available for the first client. I always ask clients to check my references and think about the decision they are making. Sometimes I am hired at the meeting and then I obviously and not available to new clients for that date.
